North Pole in the Adirondacks

I am finally catching up on the blog posts I have had in my mental pocket.  We have been feverishly taking mini trips as a fam while G is still here…and my camera has been clicking all the way.  A  couple weekends ago, we took the boys to Santa’s Workshop in the North Pole.  It’s nestled high in the Adirondack Forest.  The drive was amazingly gorgeous and it had just thrown down a ton of snow prior to us going so it was like driving into a Winter Wonderland.

It was really cute there…they had rides in the village.  Teage had fun.  Even JD got down with it.

There are shops and little North Pole nuances….like the Jingle Theater, Tannebaum the Talking Tree, fire pits throughout for s’mores, the Toy Maker’s Shop, the Reindeer Barn and of course Santa’s House.  Meet Rudolf…

Santa’s Village wouldn’t be complete without a chapel.

What a great tradition to attend each holiday season for those living in upstate NY.

Thanks for looking…
